We went today and had Averie's one year pictures taken. We usually use a professional photographer...although they are expensive, their photos are well worth the money. But for Addi's one year pics we had gone to Portrait Innovation so we figured we would do the same for Averie. So these first four pictures are of Addison back in 2008 at one year old. I was going through the disc of pictures and there was not a single picture of Addi where she wasn't smiling or laughing. Not so much the case today with Averie. She was in absolute misery. Poor baby did not enjoy it one bit!
Addison LOVED this bear! She just kept kissing and hugging it.
So for Averie's pictures I thought it would be cute to have her sit on an old children's chair of my mom's. Averie had different plans.
I LOVE this picture. Her little face is so sweet. BUT...whenever she was sitting, her dress wouldn't lay down so it looks funny in most of the pictures.
She just would not even crack a smile for us even though we looked like fools dancing around the place.
We thought we would also try the white rocking chair because we had a picture of Addi sitting in it.
Not happy!
Aaaaaaand it's over!
So then we tried the bear because we had a picture of Addi with it. This was the only picture we got...she kept pushing it away.
She was the happiest when she was crawling around so we just let her go and got a few cute pictures.
Classic Averie face...pointing at somthing and saying oooooooooo.
