We survived the great ice storm of 08!! These are a couple of pictures that Kurt took of trees in our yard. They all have survived so far with no broken limbs but the branches are so full of ice, they just hang!! It is kind of creepy looking! It is now 2 days after the ice storm and we know of a few people who still do not have power including my parents. We have been very lucky!! Driving around, everything is beautiful covered in ice but what a mess it has made!!
