I feel like I have not posted for ever! This summer has been crazy busy so far. I can't believe that tomorrow is already July 1!! We have had a wonderful weekend so far! For just a few hours, the entire Pepperell family was together and that is not an easy thing to accomplish! There is Jean and Dave... their 5 kids... their four spouses... and then 5 cousins...and everyone is spread out between 4 different states...it becomes difficult for everyone to be in one spot at the same time. But yesterday we threw Kim, Kurt's older sister, a party to celebrate her 40th birthday (which was in April) and the positive news she keeps receiving during her journey with Colon Cancer. She was diagnosed with it over a year ago and after major surgery and chemo treatments, she is doing amazing. Her fight is not over but she is doing great and she WILL kick cancer's butt! So we thought it would be a great time to celebrate and so the weekend has been full of family and fun!
